You will be responsible for designing molds that realize world-class semiconductor encapsulation technologies, including those for the latest generative AI.
In the constantly evolving semiconductor industry, designing molds required by customers requires customization and arrangement on a case-by-case basis.
This is a challenging and rewarding job for a designer. While there are constraints such as deadlines and costs, I feel a sense of accomplishment when my own ideas take shape.

Because we work as a small team, you will be involved in a wide range of activities from the development of ideas to set-up at the customer's factory.
