Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1. Equipment start-up, installation, and support for new project start-up

    ・Meeting with suppliers
    ・Arrange molds, tools, etc. to meet SOP for new products
    ・Assembly For the design of the line (base test, program, etc.), pull out the necessary parts from the drawing and design the equipment with the supplier
    ・Support the factory for several months after the SOP

    2. Standardize our standart *This is more as a ratio of work
    ・Production standart (PS) Deploy PS (Production Standard) to each factory
    ・Deploy digitalization
    ・Improve operation rate (in the future, introduce robots to factories, etc.)
    ・Improve process defects
  • Requirements
    -Experience in standardization and improvement of manufacturing plants
    -Experience in equipment installation start-up (any scale)
    -Japanese: business (with factory production management members)
    -English: business (with suppliers and overseas offices)
    -Knowledge of software
  • Preferred
    Good test engineer experience
    ・Billion dollar equipment installation start-up experience
    ・Comes from an equipment manufacturer (depends on the product, but preferably a manufacturer that makes industrial robots, etc.)
