In the ADAS Division, We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team as a Technical Project Manager in the ADAS Division.

- Responsibilities
- [Job Description]
・Project management of automatic parking support system for JOEM
・Technical negotiation with and contact point for JOEM, taking technical lead
・Coordination and project progress with related departments spread in Japan and abroad (Japan, Germany, Hungary, Romania, China, India, Vietnam, etc.)
・New Participate in sales support and proposal activities to win business

[The position offers a challenging role where you can lead a project from initial estimation to mass production.
・As a Japan-led mass production development, you will have a wide range of responsibilities and be able to use your skills to the fullest.
・Gain project management skills such as schedule management, resource allocation, and cost management. ・Opportunities to work directly with engineers from Japanese automakers and improve your English skills as you work on international projects. You will acquire the skills to manage the entire project, including schedule management, resource allocation, cost management, etc.
・You will have plenty of opportunities to work with overseas engineers and get involved in international projects while improving your English skills.
・Deepen your industry knowledge and technical skills by interacting directly with engineers from Japanese automakers.
[Expected role]
・The number of projects is increasing and we are expanding the size of our team
・After about a month of employment, you will learn about our products and processes through in-house training and then join a project
・After about a year of work experience, you will be expected to lead independently as a project leader After a year or so of work experience, you will be expected to take an independent lead as a project leader.

・There are 15 people in the team, mostly young people in their 20s and veterans in their 40s and 50s.

・Domestic (in-house test course, Tochigi): about once a month
・Domestic (customers in charge, e.g. Kanagawa, Tochigi, Aichi, Hiroshima): about once a month
・Overseas business trip: about once a year (EU, India, Vietnam, etc.)
[Remote work]
・People are encouraged to come to work once a week (Thursdays).
・When there is practical work such as bench evaluation or actual vehicle testing, you will be required to come to the office as needed.

- Requirements
- [Required experience and skills]
- Engineering knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic, chemical, software, etc.
- Experience in project management or HW or SW development and negotiation with customers
- Negotiation skills in Japanese and English
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and teamwork oriented
- Flexible Responsiveness and positive mindset.
・Business etiquette and general common sense to negotiate directly with car manufacturers.
[Welcomed experience and skills]
・Vehicle driving skills (MT/AT): you may be responsible for driving during ADAS evaluation
・AI knowledge and experience are welcome

[Specific English Proficiency]
・Equivalent to TOEIC score of 700 or above is required.
・You must be able to exchange technical documents and emails and have business conversations in English.

・English is used for daily communication with global project teams in India, Vietnam, Hungary, Germany, Romania, China, etc.
