Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Coordinate and negotiate with domestic automakers as a technical contact
    Understand customer requirements and summarize technical issues
    Promote projects in collaboration with development teams at multiple locations including overseas
    Overall project management including schedule and progress management
    Participate in proposal activities and sales support to win new business
  • Requirements
    -Engineering knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, chemical, software, etc.
    -Experience in project management or HW or SW development and negotiation with customers
    -Negotiation skills in Japanese and English
    -Independent, result-oriented and team-oriented
    -Flexible and positive thinking Have
    ・Business etiquette and general common sense to negotiate directly with car manufacturers
  • Preferred
    -Vehicle driving skills (MT/AT): may be responsible for driving during ADAS evaluation
    -Knowledge and experience in AI is welcome.
