In this role you will play a critical part of ensuring the success of satellite and spacecraft missions. You will be the key person coordinating milestones, timelines, budgeting, and overall progress of satellite missions. Your ability to analyze, forecast, and prepare for future challenges will be what determines the successful and on-time completion of mission and deliverables.

- Responsibilities
- -Take responsibility for the design and delivery of space missions involving complex engineering, working closely with engineering teams and related projects to achieve objectives.
-Plan and lead project review gates (e.g., design reviews), and manage the creation and oversight of deliverables.
-Define and manage the appropriate balance of quality, cost, schedule, and risk for each project, and ensure delivery of planned outputs.
-Generate and provide project-side input for mission concept studies and bids to support the company’s business.
-Serve as the primary point of contact with customers, suppliers, and partners to support projects and bids, and maintain strong working relationships.

- Requirements
- -10+ years of experience in engineering, project, or program management
-Strong technical project management skill set (schedule, timeline, financials, risk management, etc.)
-Experience working closely with system engineering teams
-Experience in team building and team management
-A mindset that enjoys tackling challenges in a developing organization-Native-level
Japanese or equivalent to JLPT N1-Business-level
English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
-At least 10 years of engineering, project and program management experience
- Technical project management skill set (e.g., deadlines, schedules, finance, risk management, etc.)
- Experience
working closely with systems engineering teams - Experience
in team building and team management - Mindset
to enjoy various challenges in a developing organization - Native Japanese, or Japanese Proficiency Test N1 equivalent level
- Business English skills at least TOEIC800 or equivalent

- -Experience across the full mission lifecycle, including requirements definition, verification, delivery, commissioning, and operations
-Experience collaborating with spacecraft subsystem functional teams such as GNC/AOCS, Command & Data Handling (C&DH/OBDH), propulsion, software, ground segment, and operations
-Understanding of Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) processes
-Experience in supplier management or unit procurement
-Basic knowledge of debris removal, end-of-life (EOL), and on-orbit servicing/maintenance
- Experience
in the entire mission lifecycle, from requirements definition to validation, delivery, commissioning, and operation - Experience
working with spacecraft subsystem functional teams such as Guided Navigation Control (GNC/AOCS), Command & Data Handling (C&&DH/OBDH), propulsion, software, ground segments, and operations - Awareness
of assembly integration and validation processes - Experience
in supplier management or unit procurement - Debris removal, EOL (End of Life), Basic knowledge of on-orbit maintenance or service
