The research group will expand the application scenarios of biometric authentication and promote the recognition of images and other objects related to "people" and the enhancement of video recognition from the viewpoint of sensing related to these objects.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Duties:
The incumbent will promote the broad use of image recognition processing, including biometric authentication, through the research and development of image sensing technology. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
Research and development of signal processing technologies to improve the accuracy of image recognition engines and to maximize engine performance
- Design and development of reference camera systems to verify and demonstrate the effectiveness of improvements to image recognition engines
- Planning and promotion of joint demonstration experiments in collaboration with business units and customers
- Creation of intellectual property in the image sensing field Creation of intellectual property in the field of image sensing, and external appeal and dissemination of information through presentations at domestic and international conferences, etc.

- Experience in image sensing systems including cameras (3+ years)
- Experience in research or development using image recognition and machine learning (3+ years)
- English (working experience, TOEIC score 730+)
- PPT preparation/presentation skills to explain technical content in an easy to understand manner

・Leadership and management experience (2+ years) for a team of 3 or more in a research and development department
・Experience in commercialization using image recognition and machine learning technologies
・English ability to conduct business in English (TOEIC score of 860 or above)
・Doctoral degree
