You will be in charge of sales to major domestic motorcycle and general-purpose finished vehicle manufacturers.
Immediately after joining our company, you will start by acquiring knowledge of the motorcycle shock absorber products and technologies you will be responsible for. Gradually, you will be involved in negotiations with customers together with your supervisor.
Eventually, you will be assigned to one main customer and other customers, sharing the responsibility of sales activities with your supervisor and seniors.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Daily main sales activities (main work this time)
    ・Negotiation with customers (selling price, business plan budget, etc.)
    ・Coordination with in-house for setting selling price
    ■Activities to expand sales of new products
    ・Product strategy planning for customers
    ・New product presentation to customers
    ■Others
    ・Exhibition planning in Japan and abroad
    ・Race sponsor planning
  • Requirements
    Basic knowledge to understand the product
    - Ability to communicate with customers and within the company
  • Preferred
    I like motorcycles.
    - Experience in corporate sales (B to B) at a mechanical manufacturer.
    - Experience in procurement and purchasing at a mechanical manufacturer.
    - Experience in personal sales (B to C).
    ■Personality Requirements
    Ability to think in terms of principles and on-site reality, and to grasp expectations for the role they are in and act accordingly.
