Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Utilization of the global HR system Workday, digital-related initiatives within HR, and
    participation in company-wide and finance projects.
  • Requirements
    Experience in implementing or improving HR systems, or working in the area of people analytics, or building or improving HR systems, and a desire to be involved in the HRDX area.
    ・Business level English skills (some meetings will be held in English)
  • Preferred
    Knowledge of and experience operating HR systems used globally, such as WorkDay's HCM solution and SuccessFactors
    ・Experience in planning or operating systems for a global HR organization

You will be responsible for the migration of the new HCM system, the establishment of the management system after the migration, and various tasks related to the utilization of the system.
You will work not only in Japan but also with all global offices.
