In this role, you will oversee a wide range of domestic and international HR operations, including labor management, HR evaluation, talent development, recruitment, and HR system planning. Your responsibilities will range from strategic measures such as work style reform and global leadership development to practical matters such as expatriate support, compliance, and training programs. High English communication skills are required as you will regularly collaborate with overseas HR teams and related parties. This position also allows you to contribute to the HR reform of a growing global company while providing guidance and training to team members.
