Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Labor Management
    ・Payroll calculation, social insurance procedures (communication with outsourcing partner)
    ・Attendance management ・Health and safety management ・Initiation and termination procedures
    ・Response to the Labor Standards Bureau, Hello Work, etc.
    ・Response to inquiries from within the company

    ■HR Planning
    ・Operation/improvement of HR system (grade, evaluation, compensation, etc.)

  • Requirements
    Experience in HR planning and labor practices at a business enterprise (approx. 2+ years)
