We are looking for engineers and personnel involved in the advanced development of control technology for energy management systems for electric vehicles (HEV/EV).
You will work together with many internal and external stakeholders to advance development while reflecting the issues and targets set by the company and the needs of the customer automakers.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Technology trend research
    ・Extraction of ideas for performance/performance improvement
    ・Creation of control logic/control models to realize ideas (including model predictive control, machine learning, etc.)
    ・Control logic operation check/effectiveness verification
    ・Customer project design development support
    ■Works immediately after joining
    First, depending on your experience, you may be assigned the work of senior/fellow employees starting with what is possible. You will gradually share the work with your seniors and coworkers, starting with what is possible according to your experience.
    ■From 6 months to 1 year after joining
    After becoming accustomed to the work, we would like you to gradually participate in meetings with customers and demonstrate your skills not only in internal development but also in development projects with customers.
  • Requirements
    Experience using MATLAB/Simulink
    - Experience designing control systems for automotive products
  • Preferred
    -Experience in developing energy management systems for vehicles
    -Experience in control development using predictive models
    -Experience in utilizing machine learning/AI
    -Above 600 points in TOEIC is desirable
    ■Personality Requirements
    -High intellectual curiosity about new technologies, willingness to learn and grow
    -Ability to communicate, Passion and ambition, ability to work independently, etc.
