Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Supporting the global team through team engagement and information sharing activities
    ・Supporting the on-boarding and departure procedures for new employees
    ・Planning and organizing meetings, workshops and events in collaboration with domestic and international members ・Planning and organizing meetings, workshops and events in collaboration with internal and external parties

  • Requirements
    -Secretarial, assistant or clerical experience in a corporate or multinational environment
    -High coordination and time management skills to efficiently carry out multiple tasks
    -Language skills (Japanese: native or business level, English: business level or above)
    -Skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) operation skills
    ・Not afraid of using digital tools and learning new systems
    ・High level of professionalism, responsibility and initiative
    ・Willing to work and grow in a multinational environment

    ・Proven experience as an executive assistant, secretary, or administrative support role, preferably Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a multinational environment.
