Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Promotion of internal digitalization through implementation and operation management of IT products, services and solutions
    Development implementation and operation management of applications
    Solution proposal, consulting, development and promotion of use of no-code/low-code tools
    IT security based on internal security policy Consulting and awareness-raising/education activities for employees
  • Requirements
    At least 3 years of working experience in IT application development, implementation, and operation management
    Experience in listening to and analyzing user requirements and proposing optimal solutions
    Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, virtualization, Windows/Linux OS)
    No Code/Low Code Working experience with tools (Power Platform, etc.)
    Basic knowledge of IT security (level of ability to advise and raise awareness based on internal policies)
    High communication skills to provide clear explanations for internal end users
    Native level Japanese language skills
  • Preferred
    Interest in and basic knowledge of promoting digital transformation
    Information security related qualifications (Information processing safety assurance support staff, CISA, CISSP, CompTIA Security+, etc.)
    Programming skills (level of ability to write simple code in Java, C, Python, etc.)
    Business level English skills (TOEIC 700 points or above as a guide)
    Experience in meetings and daily work in English
