It is a Japanese company that mainly develops automobile purchase and auction business. We are monetizing these two businesses by optimizing them through DX. As a result of sincerely facing market issues, the purchase service has increased significantly since the second half of 2022, and the sales portfolio has changed significantly since its founding. The company has been growing at an accelerated pace with a sales growth rate of about double for two consecutive years, with a CAGR of 43% since 2018.
As the right-hand man of the General Manager of the Corporate Strategy Office and the General Manager of the Business Division, he leads the execution of the strategy of the entire organization through the construction of short-term, medium- and long-term business strategies, data-driven KPI design, hypothesis testing, and management of the meeting body.

- Responsibilities
- ■Formulation and implementation support
of management strategies, planning of management/business strategies
based on market environment and competitive conditions, formulation of action plans based on growth strategies for each business unit, monitoring
and identification of issues using quantitative and qualitative data, proposal
of improvement measures, design of KPIs, and sophistication of business management
■Visualization
of overall business KPIs and financial data, design and operation
of key indicator dashboards, and establishment of a monitoring system using data infrastructure and BI tools
■Design of meeting bodies
for management and general managers, agenda design for management meetings/business unit meetings, facilitation
, preparation of materials for management meetings/board of
directors, identification of management issues, and policy formulation
■Improvement of business processes, operation construction
, identification of issues and consideration
of improvement measures in collaboration with business units, prioritization, action planning, progress management
, company-wide operation design, standardization
■Business promotion
in collaboration with management, understanding and coordinating
issues in business units, preparation of reporting materials to management, and decision-making support
■PMI (post-M&A integration)
・PMI strategy formulation, promotion
of integration process, strengthening collaboration with partner companies, identification and improvement
of issues, and leading the promotion of integration from a digital perspective

- Requirements
- ・Experience in
the digital business field ・Practical experience in business planning and corporate planning (3 years or more)
・Experience in planning in the IT industry (corporate planning, business planning, etc.) (3 years or more) ・Project management experience at a strategic or comprehensive consulting firm (3 years or more)
