This position is responsible for overall operations of the corporate business, which is our core business, by coordinating corporate itineraries and accepting requests from clients and negotiating with them. In the mid-term, as a candidate for the leader of the corporate business operations, you will be entrusted with the planning and promotion of tactics to maximize business sales, such as managing temporary staff, managing BPO companies, and promoting the use of a schedule adjustment system that does not rely on telemarketing.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    As a department manager of the electrical components and inspection departments of our corporate operations department,
    you will perform comprehensive management tasks (kotomane and humane).

    Maintain good relationships with existing business partners and promote upselling.
    Promote management in SLA and KPI management of operations entrusted by business partners.
    While meeting customer expectations not individually but as an organization, please build a strong organizational foundation and design and manage the tactics of BPO destinations.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in interpersonal work
    in customer success (CS), customer support, sales, customer service, service industry, etc. ・Smooth communication with customers and related parties, coordination skills
    , human resource management skills
    , including retention and training of full-time employees and temporary employees, experience in organizing issues and structurally organizing measures to improve organizational productivity.
