Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Project management for development projects from application specification study to software implementation and actual vehicle evaluation for automated driving and advanced driver assistance systems

    ・Communication with customers and related departments

    ・Planning and managing various schedules

    ・Building processes necessary for project promotion

  • Requirements
    You have knowledge in at least one of each of the following three categories

    Design and development

    Experience in basic design of applications and systems

    Experience in software development or embedded programming development



    [Knowledge

    Basic knowledge of ADAS functions (overview of ADAS functions, sensing technology)

    Must be able to use high school level mathematics and physics.

    Experience in development of mass-produced products or knowledge of processes



    Project Management

    Experience in schedule management and management of development projects or team level

    Leadership experience in team development (5 people or more)
  • Preferred

    Experience in any of the following

    Experience negotiating with customers

    Experience in product development and mass production start-up in the automotive industry

    Experience in establishing performance targets and evaluation methods for products

    Experience in ADAS application design

    Knowledge of control engineering and automotive kinematics

    Basic recognition of image sensors and millimeter-wave radar

    Knowledge of automotive regulations/assessments

    Experience in building evaluation environments using actual equipment and simulators
