Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Support and participate in drafting and negotiating with other companies regarding patents and other disputes
    ・Invention consultation through interviews with designers and online ・Provide instructions to patent firms in drafting specifications, filing patent applications, and responding to patent office inquiries
    ・Search other companies' patents that have been filed and patented for products under development
    ・Draft and promote intellectual property strategies in the product areas for which you are responsible
    ・Consider countermeasures for disputes with other companies regarding patents, etc. Support and participation in planning and negotiations
