During the mass production launch phase of next-generation mobility, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical and electrical components.

Not just as a worker, but from the perspective of the field, you will consider "how to assemble more safely, faster, and more reliably," and be involved in improving the assembly process itself.

Because it is an early mass production environment, the knowledge gained on-site is directly reflected in improvements in product quality and productivity. In the future, you will be actively involved in expanding production systems, improving processes, and enhancing quality, while supporting the foundation for creating new mobility.

In the future, we expect you to play a key role in delivering high-quality mobility to the market, while also contributing to the standardization, automation, and labor-saving of inspection systems.
