It is a crucial position that ensures the manufacturing quality of satellite engines (propulsion units) and supports product reliability. We are involved in a wide range of areas that determine spacecraft quality, from upstream to downstream, including supplier quality control and evaluation selection, guidance on manufacturing process improvements, and the establishment of acceptance inspection standards. By collaborating with external partners with advanced manufacturing technologies, you can establish a quality assurance system for parts and exercise the autonomy and responsibility of quality experts by reviewing documents from technical and legal perspectives.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    - Confirm the quality of parts manufactured by subcontractors and operate
    quality control processes - Analyze the causes of defects that occur at suppliers and provide guidance
    on improvement - Evaluate and select
    suppliers' manufacturing technical capabilities, quality control systems, and processes - Provide technical guidance to suppliers and support
    the launch of manufacturing processes for the introduction of new construction methods - Plan, formulate, and improve inspection methods and standards
    - Analysis of incoming inspection results, preparation of reports, and feedback
    to relevant departments - Review and management
    of supplier-related documents such as quality assurance agreements and specifications from a technical and legal perspective - Identification of quality issues and promotion
    of improvement activities in propulsion manufacturing - Establishment and maintenance of a quality assurance system based on quality standards required for space equipment
  • Requirements
    - Experience
    involved in multiple manufacturing technologies such as machining, welding, sheet metal, substrate processing, and soldering - Practical experience
    in collaborating and negotiating with suppliers - Basic reading comprehension skills to read technical documents in English (translation tools available)
