As an internal auditor, you will be responsible for a wide range of audits in both financial and non-financial areas. This is the role of the practical manager who plays a central role in the internal audit function. Specifically, while building on the existing financial domain (J-SOX), a company-wide audit scope will be newly established that includes non-financial areas such as compliance, information security, human resources, general affairs, and risk management, and you will lead the establishment of audit operations.
Not only does it conduct audits, but it is expected to consistently handle the design of audit operations, planning audit plans, providing clear reports and recommendations to management, and following up until corrections and improvements are established, thereby establishing the internal audit standards required of a listed company within the company.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Formulation and review
    of internal audit plans ・Design of internal audit operations (including audit policies, audit methods, checklists, etc.)
    ・Conduct internal audits for each department (including domestic offices as well as overseas subsidiaries and affiliates)
    ・Audits focusing on non-financial areas (compliance, information security, human resources, general affairs, risk management, etc.)
    ・Compilation of audit results, Preparation
    of audit reports, audit reports and improvement proposals for management and executives, follow-up
    on corrective actions on pointed issues, and collaboration with headquarters functional departments to incorporate specialized knowledge from each area, promoting the advancement of internal audits including non-financial areas and the improvement

    of audit methods. *Although there is an existing system for the financial domain (J-SOX), The main mission of this position is to enhance company-wide internal audit functions, including non-financial areas.
  • Requirements
    ・Internal audit (business audits, IT audits, etc.) at operating companies, or practical audit experience at audit firms, with proactive experience in the entire audit process from planning to implementation and reporting (including designing and implementing audit procedures and preparing audit reports). *Guideline: Over 5
    years ・Communication skills
    capable of handling audits at overseas offices (Europe, North America, etc.) ・Someone with an understanding of a wide range of business processes beyond specific areas, and able to take a company-wide view of risks from the perspective of internal controls.

    in internal control (J-SOX) management, practical experience
    in accounting, finance, or management departments, experience conducting cross-departmental audits or improvement
