Responsible for developing technology for statistical causal analysis of structured data such as employee engagement surveys and talent data, combined with proposals for measures using generative AI. We are responsible for everything from building causal models to predicting policy effects and visualizing analysis results in an interpretable way.

- Responsibilities
- [Causal Analysis] Causal structure estimation and policy effect prediction
using Bayesian networks and others from engagement surveys and talent data [Policy Proposal AI] Department- and job-specific policy proposals using causal models and generative AI, with explainable output design
[Data Integration Analysis Platform] Integration of heterogeneous HR data, ensuring interpretability, automatic visualization and report
generation [Advanced Analysis Methods] Optimization of analysis granularity, time-series change tracking, and feedback loop design
for measures → effectiveness [Team Collaboration] Requirements coordination and knowledge sharing with business departments and external partners

years of experience designing and developing systems utilizing AI and machine learning ・Experience in application development
using Python ・Practical experience in proposing measures and decision support based on data analysis

implementing statistical causal reasoning (Bayesian networks, structural equation modeling, etc.) ・Experience in combining generative AI and statistical methods for analysis and policy proposals
