Stations are being set up mainly in urban areas, and a system is being developed to make short-distance travel easy and efficient.

We are developing sustainable mobility services that reduce environmental impact, address urban transportation issues, and address local transportation challenges.

The mission of the newly established "Vehicle Investigation and Diagnosis Team" is to identify the causes of advanced failures (mechanical, electric, and soft) that are difficult to handle through regular on-site maintenance processes. By systematizing accumulated technical knowledge as 'manuals' and deploying it horizontally to sites (such as repair and maintenance departments), we aim to enhance overall maintenance quality. Furthermore, we provide fundamental issues as improvement proposals for vehicle specifications to the development side, forming a key team that supports the realization of more durable and safer micromobility.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・As the play manager for a newly launched team, you will conduct technical research yourself, lead the team's process development, and coordinate and propose solutions with other departments.
・Investigation, diagnosis, and instructions for high-difficulty vehicle malfunctions: Conduct your own investigation of vehicles requiring investigation or complex issues involving mechanics, electric, and software components, and issue appropriate repair maintenance instructions.
・Systematization and horizontal deployment of technical information: Based on survey results, supervise the creation and deployment of "Fault Diagnosis Manuals" that teams and on-site teams (such as repair and maintenance departments) can utilize.
・Vehicle specification improvement proposals (development feedback): Organize technical issues and propose vehicle specification issues and propose improvements to the vehicle development department.
・Team management: Manage and develop the work of one member and several part-timers, optimizing shifts and tasks.
・Building business processes: Designing research workflows for new teams and collaboration processes with other departments.

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience as a maintenance, technical evaluation, quality assurance, or field engineer in fields such as automobiles, motorcycles, electric mobility, precision machinery, and home appliances (approximately 5 years or more).
・Strong expertise in mechanics, electronics, or software (such as control systems), along with open understanding and knowledge in other fields.
・Team management experience of about 5 people (leader, chief, store manager, or project lead, etc. No formal requirements apply).
・High communication skills that allow logical organization of technical events and clear explanations and proposals to other departments (development and on-site).

・Experience in quality assurance, customer support, and service engineering departments providing feedback (improvement proposals) to the development side at manufacturers, etc.
