You will be responsible for solving the challenges faced by each region of Japan using a variety of services and solutions. By fully utilizing the group's services, you will be responsible not only for issues related to mobility such as traffic congestion and street parking, but also for identifying and solving regional issues such as creating lively communities.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for understanding the characteristics of various issues such as declining birthrates and aging population, population decline, hollowing out of central urban areas, and disaster risks, selecting solutions to solve these problems, formulating strategies for dominance in the trade area, and implementing them.
・Planning
and drafting solutions to community development challenges in collaboration with the government ・Formulating
area strategies for parking lot zones (dominant formation) ・Parking lot planning for major developers and general contractors and other stakeholders ~ Consulting
sales including operations ・Preparation and
proposal documents for each stakeholder, redevelopment, and urban development, Consideration
of participation in PFI projects, investment consideration
of parking facilities, promotion of cross-sectional projects in collaboration with necessary departments, etc.

- Requirements
- ・At least one year of experience
in proposal sales for intangible or tangible products ※ Experience in direct proposal
sales to corporations rather than route sales ・Experience in individual sales where creativity and achievements have been achieved

- ・Experience planning and executing
dominant strategies in store development, etc., negotiation with
government agencies ・Project management experience
, and interest in work with high social contribution to regional revitalization
