In this position, you will be primarily responsible for building a Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) management system—a new software management framework—and an Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system—a software lifecycle management framework—as well as establishing an end-to-end (E2E) software process (from planning and strategy through development, testing, deployment, and after-sales service) based on these systems.

We will manage in-house software, vendor-provided software, and general-purpose software such as OSS and COTS on a common SBOM platform, and further operate and manage the entire software lifecycle using ALM.

To establish an operational framework capable of supporting next-generation, high-frequency software releases, we are laying the groundwork for rules, tools, and processes, with the long-term goal of establishing a system that can provide cross-functional support and drive software development.
