Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■ Process/device development
    for automotive analog/power semiconductors, design of device structures, and process conditions
    for prototyping (DOE) planning, evaluation, analysis
    , improvement proposals and optimization

    from the perspectives of characteristics, reliability, variation, and yield ■ Element technology development in semiconductor processes
  • Requirements
    Possess
    basic knowledge of semiconductor physics/devices (university graduate level) and have one of the following experiences, as a leader or sub-leader
    in semiconductor process development projects, experience as a semiconductor device or process development (approximately: 3 years or more),
    or practical experience in semiconductor process element technology development (approximate 3 years or more).
    ・English proficiency (approximate: TOEIC600 points or higher). Able to read and understand technical documents in English, and able to communicate technically via email or in meetings)
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in developing and applying wiring and material element technologies such as Cu wiring ・Experience
    utilizing external foundries (joint development, technology transfer, data evaluation) ・Experience in improving development efficiency using TCAD and statistical analysis (DOE)
