This lead position focuses on mid-career hiring, strengthening direct hiring and referrals, and building and promoting highly repeatable recruitment systems linked to management and business strategies. We have evolved from a channel structure centered on recruitment agents to a diverse range of channels that strengthen direct recruitment and referrals within the company, focusing on mid-career recruitment, and acquire the necessary talent with the required quality, quantity, and timing.
You will lead everything from recruitment strategy and channel design to selection operations and quality control, creating reproducible recruitment functions that connect with management and business.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Recruitment Strategy and Channel Strategy
    ・Formulation and management of medium- to long-term recruitment plans, budgets, and KPIs based on business strategy
    ・Design and strategic use of channel strategies by job category (direct recruiting, referrals, employer branding, recruitment agencies, RPO)
    ・Designing targeted recruitment strategies based on the assumption that there are no candidates available in the market

    ■ Promotion
    of mid-career recruitment, formation of the workforce, scouting/attraction,
    and closing process in one seamless process - Grasping requirements between business and field sites, verbalizing recruitment requirements (ensuring the quality of requirements definition),
    designing processes with candidate experience (CX) in mind, and preventing declines

    ■ Strengthening recruitment operations, quality control
    , and direct hiring internally, optimizing
    the use of external partners such as recruitment agents and RPOs, designing selection workflows, ensuring
    selection speed through standard lead times (SLAs) and stage gates, designing and standardizing document screening and interview criteria, aligning requirements with interviewers, and sharing evaluation perspectives

    ■ Connecting
    management and business operations, engaging in equal discussions with executives and the field, and linking
    recruitment to business decision-making; managing recruitment with basic knowledge of business operations such as contracts, numbers, and budgets

    ■ Promote organizational development, management (as future recruitment lead),
    two-tier and systematized recruitment teams to enhance
    reproducibility, and lead the entire recruitment function, including strengthening new graduate recruitment in the future.
  • Requirements
    ・Over 2
    years of practical experience in mid-career recruitment at a business company ・Over 2 years of recruitment support experience at a high-level agent or RPO in recruitment agencies.

    *All of these include experience
    from population formation to closing, experience designing and operating
    recruitment channel strategies (direct/referral/agent/RPO), verbalizing
    recruitment requirements with business and field operations, and experience in data-driven recruitment improvement
    such as KPI design and yield management. ・Basic literacy in business operations such as numerical data and contracts
