As a mid-career recruiter, you will lead the development and execution of strategic recruitment initiatives to attract experienced talent aligned with business goals. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and develop effective sourcing strategies. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You will also drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, leveraging data, tools, and market insights to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Additionally, you will strengthen employer branding and external partnerships to position the organization as an employer of choice in the market.

- Responsibilities
- - Plan and execute mid-career recruitment strategy aligned with hiring needs
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, labs, and student organizations, recruiting agencies
- Source, screen, and assess candidates
- Manage the full hiring process (interviews, offers, onboarding, candidate experience)
- Organize events and improve recruitment processes, branding, and market insights

- Requirements
- - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency side
- Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes (sourcing through onboarding)
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional/global teams
- Strong communication skills, with ability to speak fluent Japanese and business English

- - Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and sourcing tools
- Experience in technology, manufacturing, or semiconductor industries
