In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].

As a leader managing and leading development projects for electric power train systems (mainly motor control), you will be involved in one of the following tasks.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    (1) Formulate and manage detailed development plans for electric power train systems based on customer needs

    (2) Assemble a development team with the necessary skills, promote progress and risk management in line with the development plan, and smoothly lead the project



    Examples of inputs and outputs in business operations

    INPUT: Customer needs, planning, and secured re-offerings

    OUTPUT: Mass production according to plan



    * For initial assignments to Tokyo, long-term business trips to Anjo Manufacturing (Anjo City, Aichi Prefecture) may occur immediately after joining. (From the perspective of networking and sharing work methods)

    The specific period will be discussed based on the work content and your situation. (A few weeks ~ several months, with a maximum of 6 months)
  • Requirements
    Experience or skills

    in any of the following: Experience in electric power train system design (mainly motors and inverters) or motor

    control development, Experience in driving electric power train system projects.
  • Preferred
    Experience or skills of any of the following are preferred

    ・Knowledge and experience in motor control and control engineering

    ・Experience in building design processes (such as A-SPICE)

    ・Knowledge and experience in functional safety

    ・Experience in vehicle evaluation and compatibility

    ・Knowledge and development experience related to inverter circuits/control

    ・Experience evaluating inverters/converters, etc.

    ・Knowledge of microcontrollers and software development

    ・Knowledge of OBD and related topics

    ・Knowledge and experience with MBD

    ・Knowledge and experience with FPGA and HILS

    ・English proficiency (TOEIC600 points or higher)
