Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    *Define and lead the international bus sales strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and growth priorities.

    *Establish, govern, and continuously optimize global go-to-market (GTM) frameworks, including market prioritization and product positioning.

    *Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for all international bus product launches, ensuring successful market introduction and commercialization.

    *Own and drive the international commercial strategy for electric buses (EVs), accelerating market adoption and long-term business growth.
  • Requirements
    - Educational Background -
    * Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
    *MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

    -Professional Experience-
    *8-12 years of experience in international sales, business strategy, or the commercial vehicle industry.
    *Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within complex, multi-regional organizations.
    *Proven track record of driving business growth, market expansion, and strategic initiatives across international markets.

    -Skills-
    *Business-fluent English (mandatory).
    *Japanese language proficiency highly desirable.
    *Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and go-to-market (GTM) expertise.
    *Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
