This position involves visiting the factories of major domestic semiconductor manufacturers and providing technical support for FA and automation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. During equipment startup, assist with FA-related setup and automation testing, and after operation, handle inquiries and troubleshooting. Starting from the Yokohama office, you travel to customer factories nationwide, collaborating with customers, equipment development engineers, and CSEs to solve challenges.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Responsible for technical support related to FA and automation of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Handles FA-related settings during equipment startup, assists with automation tests conducted by customers, and handles inquiries and troubleshooting during equipment operation. Rather than developing software itself, they verify and judge whether equipment and communications operate properly at customer factories, and collaborate with customers, equipment development engineers, and CSEs to solve problems.

    to travel long-term or to regional areas within Japan ・Basic network knowledge such as TCP/IP or basic knowledge
    of semiconductor FA communication standards (HSMS/SECS/GEM/GEM300) ・Comfortable reading English documents (translation software available)
    ・Able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders at client factory sites

    in software development for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, experience in communications and network-related
