Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Performance management and management support
    for overseas subsidiaries and affiliates, analysis of financial statements, budget formulation assistance, performance management
    , preparation of various reports and reporting materials

    , secretariat management related to overseas business, internal coordination
    , meeting management, document preparation, information management
    , collaboration and coordination

    with related departments, communication
    with overseas subsidiaries and business partners, email and online meeting support
    , interpretation and translation

    as needed, support for
    promotion of new businesses and various projects, and all tasks related to overseas business operations
  • Requirements
    - Basic knowledge of corporate performance management (understanding the basics and terminology of financial statements such as P/L, B/S)
    - Experience using Excel or Word (PowerPoint experience is a plus)
    - Able to handle emails and have simple conversations in English (Guideline: TOEIC650 or more, practical experience preferred)
    - Experience in working professionals
