You will be responsible for everything from identifying customers' management issues to driving business transformation, product delivery, and on-site change management. You will be responsible for OEM Tier 1 companies with sales ranging from several hundred billion yen to several trillion yen, accompanying customers on a multi-year basis while personally pioneering the front lines.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Stakeholder Management | Building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders such as management, division heads, on-site users, and domestic and overseas subsidiaries.
    ・Promoting business transformation directly linked to P/L | Structurally understanding challenges in each department such as design, procurement, production technology, production, and quality, and driving business transformation
    directly linked to customer P/L as a transformation leader. ・Production Preparation Lead Time Shortening Project | Redesigning information integration from process design to mass production startup to structurally resolve bottlenecks in the prototyping and mass production transition phases.
    ・Contribution to product delivery and new products | Responsible for delivery in collaboration with the Product department, contributing to
    requirements definition for new products for the automotive industry ・Maximizing NRR | Collaborate with the sales department to contribute to maximizing NRR through upsell and cross-selling. Led
    global expansion to overseas affiliates at his own request and team management | Led several customer success department members and, with limited involvement from his superiors, autonomously promoted customer business transformation.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience as an owner in driving
    business transformation projects that deliver value ranging from several hundred million yen to several billion yen ・Experience driving
    complex stakeholder management in large corporations as an owner ・Experience presenting and making proposals to executives and division heads
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in product delivery and requirements definition ・Work experience
    in manufacturing (especially the automotive industry) ・Experience implementing
    solutions for manufacturing (especially automotive) (PLM, CAD, SCM, etc.) ・Manager or higher experience
    at consulting firms ・Experience in customer success at SaaS or AI product companies
