You will be responsible for quality improvement activities for cockpit-related products and promote prevention and recurrence prevention. You will analyze and correct defects in collaboration with design departments and suppliers, and strive to strengthen customer responsiveness through customer reporting and documentation preparation.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Advance
    fault analysis and EDER for cockpit-related products (Toyota, Mazda, etc.) ・Prepare
    customer reports and reporting materials ・Request defect analysis from parts suppliers and promote quality correction
  • Requirements
    ・More than 5 years of work experience
    in any of the following: (1) Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control, and experience facing customers (experience facing customers in design departments is also acceptable),
    (2) Experience in improvement activities through EDER activities, and experience in facing
    customers (3) Experience in designing and manufacturing
    specific components such as semiconductors, (4) Expertise and experience in design (especially electrical or software)

    in automotive multimedia products ・Experience communicating
    with customers ・Technical expertise in electrical, mechanical, or software (design and development experience)
