The role is responsible for managing and administering all aspects of warranty operations, including claim processing, data analysis, policy and procedure updates, warranty audits, pricing strategy, dealer support, training, and training. - Warranty policy and procedure including Extended and Stand-Alone Warranty
- Approved car Warranty (Service area)
- Warranty audit
- Warranty (including Extended Warranty/Service Agreement/Used Car Warranty) data
- Analysis and Strategy planning (labor, pricing and etc)
- Administration of Quality Management activities Administration of Quality Management activities
Main Tasks:
- Warranty claim processing including Approved Warranty (to Dealers and HQ)
- Keeping warranty related documents (Manuals and guidelines etc.) up to date
- Conducting (Warranty audit and follow up
- Warranty claim statistic data management
- Cooperation with Area Sales for to support Dealer Warranty Structure
- Provide/support warranty training / Conferences
- Administration related to warranty (pricing, web and etc)
- Administration/ Support for Quality Management activities
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage Warranty policies and procedures, including extended and stand-alone warranties
Manage Certified Vehicle Warranty (service area)
Conduct warranty audits
Manage warranty data, including extended warranties, service contracts, used vehicle warranties
Analyze and strategize regarding labor, pricing, etc.
Manage quality control operations
Main tasks:
Processing of warranty claims, including certified warranties (for dealers and headquarters)
Updating of warranty-related documentation (manuals, guidelines, etc.)
Implementation and follow-up of warranty audits
Management of warranty claim statistics data
Cooperation with area sales in the dealer warranty system Support
Provision and support of warranty training and conferences
Administrative tasks related to warranties (pricing, web-related, etc.)
Management and support of quality control tasks

- Requirements
- - 3-5 years of experience within the automotive industry at dealer or manufacturer level
- Qualification in automotive engineering is an advantage
