Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    In this role you will be responsible for oversee the company finance operations.
    -Raise seed round funding to help the company navigate as a start-up.
    -Prepare the company for IPO.
    -Over see debt and equity financing.
    -Communicate with C suite members to coordinate and plan for future operations such as overseas ventures as they relate to finance.
  • Requirements
    -Business level English and Japanese is required.
    -Strong experience in broad financial related roles.
    -Strong experience with debt and equity financing.
    -Ability to oversee fund-raising operations.
  • Preferred
    -Strong experience with IPO preparation.
    -Experience in the space industry.
