Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Utilization of the global HR system Workday, digital-related initiatives within HR, and
participation in company-wide and finance projects.

- Requirements
- Experience in implementing or improving HR systems, or working in the area of people analytics, or building or improving HR systems, and a desire to be involved in the HRDX area.
・Business level English skills (some meetings will be held in English)

- Preferred
- Knowledge of and experience operating HR systems used globally, such as WorkDay's HCM solution and SuccessFactors
・Experience in planning or operating systems for a global HR organization
