Product Engineering Manager, New Team Launch | New Team Launch

We are promoting the establishment of a global platform to create a new industry for low-altitude mobility that integrates hardware, software, and operational integration infrastructure.

This position is responsible for comprehensively leading the development, mass production, and global deployment of our own aircraft for outdoor applications.
As a candidate for the position of technical manager, you will formulate a technology roadmap in collaboration with the management team, establish a mass production system from prototyping, optimize the manufacturing process, collaborate with international partners on technology, and lead the establishment of an engineering organization.
This position will play a central role in the creation of a global manufacturing company from Japan in the next-generation mobility field, where hardware, software, and operational management are closely integrated.
