In order to further expand and deepen the foundation of collaboration with partner companies to date and accelerate introduction and sales via the channel, you will drive everything from planning and design to execution and improvement related to sales enhancement, etc. with companies that are our partners.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Design, proposal, and negotiation of collaboration scheme with partner companies e.g.) ・Design business model to have partner customers handle DRIVE CHART, explain significance of partner companies selling DRIVE CHART and synergy with their core business, and design compensation that makes channel salespeople want to sell DRIVE CHART. Design and build incentives
    ・Interviews with field sales representatives → Problem identification → Hypothesis development → Planning and design
    ・Plan execution, progress monitoring, KPI management, planning and execution of improvement measures
    ・Promote measures while collaborating with internal departments (product, marketing, CS, operations, etc.)
    ・Motivate existing partners, deepen relationships, develop new partners Motivate existing partners, deepen relationships, and cultivate new partners
    ・Implement measures to field sales in charge of the channel and collaborate with them
    ・Presumably assume responsibility for overall channel strategy in the future.
  • Requirements
    Experience in corporate sales or sales planning/sales promotion (4+ years)
    ・Experience in designing and negotiating collaborations with partner companies (agents, leasing companies, insurance companies, consulting companies, etc.)
    ・Experience in dialogue with field sales: Experience in understanding field issues and connecting them to improvement measures
    ・Experience in designing, managing and monitoring KPI progress Experience in designing KPIs, managing progress, and monitoring
    ・Promotional ability to incorporate plans into execution while involving multiple stakeholders
  • Preferred
    Experience in sales planning in the SaaS (especially business efficiency/mobility) domain
    ・Experience in business expansion from 1 to 10 phases
    ・Experience in alliance and partnership model design
    ・Automotive/lease/insurance industry knowledge and work experience
    ・Playing manager experience
