As a "Contact Center SV" in the department that provides sales support for corporations, you will be mainly in charge of operation and quality control tasks as an SV, such as operator education and development, performance management, and the creation of scripts, talk schemes, and manuals. Eventually, you will be able to expand your career to a role that plays a core role in the operation of the center, such as creating a corporate sales support system, improving operations, team management, planning, and making sales proposals.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    ・Work experience in a contact center (approximate: 2 years or more)
    (Operator/SV/Leader are all acceptable)
