Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Support operations such as user onboarding and handle inquiries/troubleshooting
    - Improve services based on data analysis
    - Improve services/operations for internal/customers
    - Propose improvements (functional and quality) to the product department based on information and issues obtained from customers.
  • Requirements
    Experience in front-line customer negotiations for a company
    - Experience in sales, customer success, or similar for intangible products or SaaS business
    - Experience in B2B business
    - Business level English conversation
  • Preferred
    -Experience working in a startup or venture company, in a highly uncertain environment or business
    -Have something you want to accomplish in the medium to long term and your experience with us fits into that on the way.
