  • Responsibilities
    ⚫ Support for operation accompaniment, promotion of utilization, improvement of customer satisfaction, troubleshooting
    ⚫ Proposals for expansion of installation sites, up-selling, cross-selling (in cooperation with business development sales)
    ⚫ Proposals for product improvement (functional and quality aspects) based on information obtained through customer contact and a sense of the issues.
  • Requirements
    Experience in front-line customer negotiations
