In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end design and integration of electrical systems for advanced small spacecraft, working across power supply architecture, communications, digital signal processing, and analog circuit design. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes members from both space and non-space backgrounds, offering a dynamic environment where diverse expertise fuels innovation. Job Description

- Responsibilities
- -Work from a senior position to design, manufacture, and test power supplies for spacecraft.
-Communicate with global vendors, internal and external stakeholders and an international team.
-Coordinate and negotiate with subsystem engineering teams for requirements.
-Do technical reviews, evaluations, and negotiations of components.
-Run simulations and evaluate power balance and lifespan of potential power supplies.
-Define requirements with a mind for the architecture and potential changes to power supplies.

- Requirements
- -Business level Japanese or English with intermediate or higher Japanese or English.
-3+ years of experience developing power supply systems for large vehicles or machinery.
-Strong knowledge of batteries, power control and distribution systems.
-Experience with simulation and analysis of battery power and lifespans.
-Experience drafting circuit diagrams and designs.

- -Experience in the space industry.
-Experience working with international teams or overseas partners.
-Experience as leader and mentor.
