Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Planning, design, execution, and effect measurement
    of CRM marketing measures ・Experience design for the entire user lifecycle (onboarding, retention, return to dormancy)
    ・Construction
    of personalized communication experiences by segment ・Optimal delivery design
    that combines email, Push, and in-app messages ・A/ Continuous improvement through B-testing and design and analysis
    of CRM-related KPIs User behavior analysis and service improvement proposals in collaboration with the product and data team
  • Requirements
    ■Experience
    : At least
    2 years of practical experience in CRM marketing at an operating company with toC services, experience
    in distribution operations using CRM tools such as email and push notifications, practical experience
    in user segmentation and lifecycle marketing■Skills
    ・Hypothesis setting and verification skills based on data analysis (Excel, spreadsheet required)
    ・A/B test design, execution, and effect measurement skills
    ・KPI design and report creation skills
    ・User journey design and experience design skills
    from the perspective of customer success ・Communication design and storytelling skills
    that understand user psychology ・Operational skills for user acquisition measures using digital advertising and other measures using data-driven PDCA
  • Preferred
    ■Experience
    in using Braze (or equivalent CRM tools: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, KARTE, Repro, etc.)
