Acting as the primary marketing authority in Japan, the position provides market insights to shape global strategy while driving high-quality execution across communications, sales enablement, and employer branding.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Lead Japan market marketing strategy and execution aligned with global priorities
Localize global brand, product, and portfolio messaging for OEM customers
Provide market insights (customer needs, competitors, trends) to influence global strategy
Own Japan-specific marketing initiatives not covered by global teams
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, product, HR, communications)
Oversee localization and quality of marketing and sales materials
Lead internal and external communications (product launches, announcements, OEM engagement)
Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and Talent Acquisition
Manage external agencies (PR, creative, social) and budgets

- Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience (automotive, tech, or similar)
Experience working with OEMs or within supplier organizations
Strong skills in messaging, content creation, and communication planning
Experience managing agencies and external vendors
Business-level Japanese and English
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications, etc.)
