Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Technical guidance: Confirmation of safety management and technical lectures
through holding seminars, site visits, follow-up calls to newly registered mechanics, etc. ・Support for partner mechanics: Achieving
quality improvement of maintenance work through communication including phone calls and chats, and follow-up through mechanisms to mechanics. Promotion of quality improvement: Picking up the voices of the site, Build manuals and mechanisms that allow you to work more safely and efficiently

- Requirements
- ・Automobile mechanic qualification (level 2 or higher) and more than 10 years of work experience
・Light footwork: Those
who are willing to go to the site and communicate directly as necessary ・Teaching experience: Past experience
in educating, guiding, and managing subordinates, etc. ・Familiarity with the digital environment: No resistance to PC work, or Let's remember it from now on!" Motivation
