Sales Operations Lead (Contract & Payment Management)

You will lead the process management of contract and payment management in order to oversee a series of operations from "contract management" to "payment of cooperation funds" and build an accurate and highly scalable business foundation.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Management and structuring
    of operations, management of tens of thousands of contract data, establishment of appropriate operation flow
    for statutory forms such as contracts and payment notices, calculation of monthly cooperation payments, and optimization

    of the process of scrutinizing and approving payment data submitted to the accounting department■Promoting
    business process reform, reviewing manual operations, and leading

    the transformation to a "error-free and scaling system" that makes full use of Salesforce■Cross-departmental collaboration and strengthening
    governance・Updating
    payment flows with accounting and legal departments in response to legal changes such as the invoice system, adjusting accounting rules to match business growth, and ensuring data integrity
  • Requirements
    Those who have any of the following experience or necessary business skills, or equivalent experience
    , experience in business process design and improvement: Experience
    in building or significantly improving processes for routine operations (contracts, billing, payments, etc.) that handle large amounts of data from scratch ・Basic accounting knowledge: Basic knowledge of accounting at a level that allows you to discuss "expense and liability recording" and "consumption tax classification" with the accounting department and define requirements.
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in industries where contracts and payment operations with a large number of locations/partners occur (e.g., sharing services, real estate leasing management, vending machine/ATM installation management, etc.)
    ・Experience in introducing and utilizing SFA/ERP such as Salesforce to structure
    contracts and payment processing on a scale of thousands to tens of thousands of people, experience involved in building business flows and developing internal controls
    in the preparation for listing phase, and experience as a leader or manager in an operations team or office organization with three or more people
