- Responsibilities
- 1. Inventory management

used vehicles in stock, understanding market trends, and adjusting used car inventory according to demand
2. Sales Supervision
: Supervise the used car sales sales team, maintain
motivation, including education and guidance to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, formulate and implement
sales strategies to maximize profitability, build teams, improve staff motivation, and provide a place for staff to develop their skills.
3. Customer satisfaction:

to customer inquiries and concerns ・ Provide high customer satisfaction and excellent service by quickly resolving problems
4. Financial Management:
• Budgeting for the used car division, forecasting expenses and revenue, etc.
• Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies necessary to achieve revenue targets
5. Compliance and Document Management:

6. Marketing and Promotion:

- Requirements
- ・ A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
・ Track record
in similar management or practical positions in the automotive industry ・ Deep knowledge
of the automotive industry, especially in used car sales ・ In addition to practical sales experience, a deep understanding
of dealer financial logic and KPIs ・ Able
to handle CRM and dealer management software operations without difficulty, and possess the skills to analyze the current situation and devise countermeasures.
