Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    As the core of promoting DX, accurately identify on-site issues, lead system implementation, and achieve operational efficiency and productivity improvements.
    ・Identify and thematic issues at each site, formulate
    specific measures and plans ・Promote

    : Our main task is building and launching MES systems, achieving operational efficiency and productivity improvements on the ground.
    Additionally, as part of various DX promotion tasks, we identify and thematic issues at each site and formulate specific measures and plans for digitalization.
    Based on this plan, we promote technology introduction and coordinate smoothly with business divisions, each site, and external vendors to advance the project.
  • Requirements
    ・Experience in managing progress, issues, and risks and coordinating
    with related departments ・Understanding of MES (WIP, process procedures, traceability, quality records, etc.)
    ・Requirements definition ~ Experience
    in the entire implementation process from testing, training, to production transition ・Practical skills in documentation/facilitation/issue management
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in implementing and expanding MES products ・Multi-site rollouts, standardization projects, design/operation
    experience of educational content ・Experience building networks, data analysis and
    visualization tools utilizing VBA and BI tools ・Technical communication in English (collaboration with overseas bases and external vendors)
