Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    For cases won by sales, they are responsible for the entire Order to Cash process, including forecast entry, order processing, coordination with overseas factories, logistics, service, and finance, equipment delivery and installation coordination, technical inspection, sales recording, and payment follow-up. Additionally, I drive projects in collaboration with about 40 sales staff and related internal and external departments, and are responsible for coordinating deadlines, handling customer relations, preparing reports, analyzing sales and risks, and improving operations.
  • Requirements
    ・Practical experience
    in sales administration, Sales Operations, Order Management, sales planning, business management, controllers, and operations improvement ・Experience using
    ERP (such as SAP) ・Excel skills (data management and aggregation level)
    ・High communication and coordination
    abilities ・Experience
    in negotiations with internal and external companies ・Native Japanese level
    ・English business level (Speaking required)
    ・Practical experience in English conversation
  • Preferred
    ・Experience
    in the Order to Cash process ・Trade administration and import/export operations
    ・Knowledge
    of equipment delivery ・Experience working with global teams
