Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    [Job Description]

    1) Preparation
    of certification application documents to be submitted to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Traffic Safety and Environment Research Institute 2) Coordinating and negotiating
    various certification matters with manufacturers and government agencies 3) Learning and gathering information on automotive-related laws, test protocols, and automotive technologies.
    4) Verification
    of compliance with safety standards using actual vehicles 5) Checking
    application documents including other brands 6) Preparation

    of various reports to relevant ministries and JAIA 1) Create homologation application document for MLIT/NTSEL.
    2) Coordinate and negotiate with Brand HQ and/or authorities for homologation.
    3) Self-study and understand automotive regulation, test protocols and automotive technologies.
    4) Check of conformity of safety regulation with actual vehicle.
    5) Precise documents check
    6) Making several reports to authorities and JAIA
  • Requirements
    1) Japanese: Advanced level, English: Business level (reading and writing required)
    2) PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    3) Strong awareness
    of compliance and integrity 4) Team players
