Corporate History
Turnpoint Consulting was founded in 2016.
Initially starting from a corner of a shared office, the office expanded as the company grew and the number of employees increased, and the current office is the third generation of the company. -

Evaluation System
There is feedback once every Q and an evaluation interview every six months, providing opportunities for semi-annual promotions and salary increases.
We have established an evaluation system based on the speedy and fair assessment of individual growth by constantly reviewing one's work and performance with one's manager. -
Study Program
After joining the company, employees are provided with an on-the-job training program for approximately one month. Since the program is completely on-the-job, you will receive generous support and guidance from managers and senior consultants.
After the OJT period is over, we will continue to support employees' improvement and growth by providing language programs and support for participation in external training and seminars according to each employee's needs and intentions. -
Work Abroad
To expand our business overseas, we make business trips to overseas mobility events and exhibitions several times a year.
