  • Responsibilities
    - Monitor parts inventory and place orders for out-of-stock items to ensure timely availability.
    - Support product forecasting and conduct basic inventory and supply analysis.
    - Coordinate daily operations with internal engineers, delivery companies, and business partners.
    - Communicate and negotiate with the headquarters and suppliers, primarily via email.
    - Track order status and delivery timelines to minimize supply disruptions.
    - Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in improving inventory control processes.
