We are a Japanese-affiliated company mainly engaged in the automobile purchase business and auction business. We are monetizing these two businesses by optimizing them through DX. As a result of sincere efforts to address market challenges, the company's sales portfolio has changed significantly since its inception, with a significant increase in purchase services starting in the second half of 2022, and sales have doubled for two consecutive years.

In addition to the automobile purchase and auction business, the company plans to launch a real estate service business in December 2024 and to consider human resource services in the future. As the business expands, we are particularly looking for a person who can effectively manage and analyze affiliate advertising to further maximize customer attraction.
You will be responsible for affiliate advertising operations while utilizing an advertising budget of several hundred million yen per month.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    1) Affiliate advertising operation and optimization
    ・Develop and execute strategies to maximize affiliate advertising acquisition
    ・Build relationships and negotiate with affiliate ASPs and media
    ・Measure and optimize the effectiveness of performance-based advertising

    2) Planning and promotion of advertising strategy
    ・Planning and production direction of affiliate and video ads, focusing on web and SNS ads
    ・Checking ad creatives and creating rules
    ・Planning and implementing measures to improve conversion rates

    ③ Data analysis and effectiveness verification
    ・Performance analysis of advertising operations (using Google Analytics and BI tools)
    ・Extraction of business issues based on quantitative and qualitative data and proposal of improvement measures
    ・Creation and operation of dashboards

    (4) Collaboration with internal and external parties
    ・Promote advertising operations in collaboration with internal marketing team and sales department
    ・Maximize advertising effectiveness through collaboration with agencies
  • Requirements
    - At least 2 years of experience in either affiliate, web or SNS advertising
    or
    - At least 2 years of experience in sales (business company, advertising agency)

    - Strategic planning using data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
